I can not thank Mandy enough for supplying our Wedding Cake in August 2021 and feel very fortunate as I know how busy Mandy has been.
The cake looked incredible, they look and taste as amazing as they appear on the photos.
Communication with Mandy was really good, and when we needed some guidance she was more than happy to help.
I would definitely recommend Mandy if you are looking to add something special to your day.

I needed a cake at very quick notice for a 50th birthday celebration and e-mailed Mandy at the weekend to see if this was possible. She responded immediately and gave me options for my request. I also needed it to be gluten free as one of our number is a celiac. Having chosen the cake, we managed to get this sorted and everyone at the lunch was hugely impressed by the cake, Not only was it good on the eye, but very good to the tummy! Very tasty and all had some to take home to others. Thanks again Mandy, much appreciated.

We asked Mandy to supply balloons and to make a cake for my Mum's 90th birthday..
We were certainly not disappointed - Mandy made sure the arrangement of the balloons fitted it with the room we had at the hotel for the luncheon and the colour scheme too.
The cake was unbelievable - we opted for a lemon flavour cake but we wanted an African theme for the icing - I really thought this would not be possible - but the result was beyond all expectations . Perfection and some many guests remarked they had never seen a cake like it.
I would most definitely recommend Mandy to make any cake for any special event.

Well, what can I say. Mandy is a true artist and i'm so glad we found her to create our wedding cake. When we visited Mandy at her home studio we were made to feel so welcome, it was like visiting a friend or family member. We only had a rough vision of what we wanted and somehow she captured it beautifully. We opted for a 3 tier cream and yellow coloured cake with salted caramel, vanilla and fruit centres. We had so much positive comments about it. I would urge anyone who is looking for a cake to speak to Mandy, she goes over and above for everyone she deals with, you wont regret it! Thank you again Mandy for making our day so special x

Thank you Mandy for a beautiful cake for my wedding. At the last minute Mandy was flexible to make some changes to the decorations, notably exactly how I wanted the 2 English Longhorn Cattle to appear, which had changed from 4 to 3 to 2. I sent Mandy the photos before hand and she was very faithful to the colouring ,size and build of the cattle. The cake was admired by all at the wedding, and already I have had a request to pass on her details for someone who was at the wedding. I was also grateful at the beginning for the time Mandy gave me to go through all her photos, which helped me decide what kind of a cake I wanted. I would recommend Mandy without hesitation.

We had the most beautiful wedding cake made by Mandy this was not your ordinary wedding cake, it had a casino theme it was crafted perfectly. We also had the shortbread for our favors which complimented our cake beautifully. The cake and shortbread tasted as good as they looked. We have since ordered birthday cake for our grandchildren and will be looking forward to many more lovely cakes from Mandy.

My husband and I had our wedding cake made by Mandy , the cake was stunning, just how we wanted it, I wanted the wow factor and that's what we got! We have since had two more cakes made by Mandy , for my parents 50th birthdays , not only are they stunning but they taste amazing too!! This lady is amazingly talented. My wedding cake was a work of art, I was absolutely thrilled with it. The colours perfectly matched my theme and the cake itself was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to order any occasion cake from Mandy again, I know it would be exactly what I wanted.

We were so happy with our wedding cake it was everything we imagined and more xx beautiful xx we asked for a four tiered cake that matched the theme of our wedding sunflowers and orange gerbera's and all different flavour cakes xx this was no problem for Mandy and the finished cake was amazing :) she is the place to go for your wedding cake and pretty much any cake :) she also did my dads 60th birthday cake I wouldn't have gone anywhere else xx

Mandy made our wedding cake after I received a recommendation from a friend. I had a design in mind which was planned through with Mandy and she was very helpful in achieving the desired result. Communication in the run up to the day was great and she definitely took the stress out of one aspect of wedding planning! The cake itself was superb and looked as stunning as I had hoped for. All our guests commented on both how beautiful it looked and tasted so we were very happy customers indeed. Pricing was also very reasonable.
Since our wedding I have used Mandy for cupcakes for a hen party and christmas puddings and again all were fantastic. Mandy definitely provides an excellent product with a friendly yet professional approach. I highly recommend!!

Mandy made our wedding cake for us back in July (one large layer with individual cakes underneath). It tasted amazing and all our guests commented on how lovely it looked. We even froze half and ate the rest at Christmas - it was still perfect. I would definately recommend buying your cakes from Mandy.

You made my daughter Rebecca her 6th Birthday cake which was a Princess theme, her cake was a beautiful 2 tiered pink castle with added fairies, it was perfect and delicious! She still talks about it now over a year later xxx

Mandy made my son's 18th birthday cake. I asked for something like a desk with a Macbook & a Canon IOS camera. What she created was far beyond my expectaions, it was absolutely fantastic so much detail. I was speechless when I saw it! It taste delicious too! I recommend Mandy at every opportunity & would only ever have her make any future special cakes for me. I don't think anyone else could come close to what she is able to do. Thank you Mandy.

Wow Mandy !!!! The beautiful and delicious cakes you made for my Mum's 90th birthday were alsolutely fantastic. We had 30 individual iced cupcakes - each with an amazing sugar rose; a large square cake with sugar ribbons and roses which nearly had me in tears - it was SO perfect; and a smaller round cake (just in case we ran out) with larger sugar roses on it, which my Mum is keeping in her display cabinet. They all were made from the most wonderfullly moist sponge I have ever tasted. Thank you so much Mandy - you'll be seeing us again !!

It was not only superbly decorated it was a fantasitic cake to eat.

Mandy made my sons sports ball pop cakes, which were amazing, and now she has just made my daughters designer handbag cupcakes, which were beyond amazing! the attention to detail on all the bags were incredible, and they tasted great! The cake you made as a traditional thatch cottage for my parent's 70th birthday was not only a vision it was a superb tasting cake too.

Mandy made our wedding cake for our wedding on 16th April 2011. (There is a picture of it on this site detailed as cake 11 - image 23 of 28) when I went to collect it from her I was totally blown away, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was, it was perfect, we were totally thrilled.
